This item is as advertised, is easy to use, but I have now bought an arm monitor (Omron, recommended by my doctor) which is more accurate. Wrist monitors cannot match it in any case, apparently.

bought this as a gift for a family member to take their blood pressure daily as instructed by their doctor, the arm cuffs were too difficult to use but this one can be used easily and it doesn't hurt like the arm cuffs do, it is accurate if it used as instructed meaning the monitor has to be level with the heart also the numbers are big enough to see easily, overall, I am pleased with this product and so is the person I bought it for.

This machine is so inaccurate, I am suspecting that the 5* (5 star) reviews were given by fake users who advertise the product in some way.
Please do not believe the reviews as I have experienced first hand of the product from Amazon.

Pros:
1. Easy to use, just turn it on and it works great by automatic inflation and showing the results quickly
2. Very cool to use
3. Cheap - under $25

**** Cons: (Very important) ****
1. The Machine shows different readings by varying degrees even in the same position
2. The readings are way off, for example: it shows 128/92, 118/81, 131/79 same time (within couple of seconds difference) in same position and I am pretty sure it is showing something to satisfy you.
3. If you sit down or lie down the readings are way off and you will shell shocked

Bottom Line:

Do not trust this Wrist-type fully Automatic Digital Blood Pressure Monitor at all, since it shows way off readings and you do not know if it showing right or wrong. It is a fake product just to eyewash customers. I would look else where and buy a better product. Do not go by user reviews on this product. I took some time to write the review so that other folks do not get cheated unlike me.
