Stay away from Philips Products like a plague. The packaging and the warranty card clearly states "Limited Lifetime Warranty" on the item, but the supervisor (First Name: Vaegas) says it's only valid if it's not working when you bring it out of the box (isn't that what the 30 day store/online return policy is for), but if you use it, the warranty is no longer valid... I'm not sure what these people are on, but that is not what Limited Lifetime Warranty means. I'm just glad; I did not purchase something really expensive, like a TV to find this out.

Terrible Customer service. Shame on you Philips.

I saw the squid being used by my kids who had their many electronic devices hooked up to the squid. I love that it has the extra reach by the attached tentacles, looks cool under a table and allows me do the charging of many devices at the same time. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to remove the 3 prong connections from their slots.

A very good device for dealing with all the chargers and other large black plugs that don't fit on normal power strips.
This one is a surge protector as well, which is helpful. I'm waiting for the the version with 8 outlets so they can call it "The Octopus".
